What is StayBundle?
StayBundle is an online supplier of complete linen and supply bundles for Airbnbs, vacation rentals, boutique hotels and serviced apartments. Instead of ordering sheets, towels and amenities one by one, you start from a ready-made supply list for your property type, edit it to match your room mix, and order everything at once — packed room by room.
What is a par level and how many should I order?
Par level is how many complete linen sets you keep per bed: one on the bed, one in the laundry, one on the shelf. We recommend 3 par for short-term rentals with same-day turnovers and 2 par as a minimum for properties with on-site laundry. Our default supply lists calculate par quantities for you from your room mix.
Can you embroider our logo on towels and robes?
Yes. We embroider or weave your logo on towels, robes, pillowcases and duvet covers starting at just 20 pieces per design — far below the industry’s typical 200–300 piece minimum. You approve a stitched sample photo before the full run is produced.
Will the linens survive commercial laundering?
Yes. Our sheets and towels are hospitality-grade: long-staple cotton and cotton-rich blends rated for frequent high-temperature commercial laundering, with reinforced hems and colorfast finishes. Fabric is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified.
What is the minimum order?
One room. Standard (non-logo) items have no case-pack minimum — a single-unit Airbnb order is welcome. Custom logo embroidery starts at 20 pieces per design.
How long do production and shipping take?
Stocked items ship within days. Bundles with custom logo embroidery ship within a few weeks of sample approval. You receive a firm production and delivery timeline together with your quote.
Can I order samples first?
Yes. Fabric swatches and single-piece samples of sheets, towels and amenity containers are available before you commit to a full bundle, so you can judge hand feel, weight and stitching in person.
